This will be a pitching camp geared towards learning how to long toss (my favorite drill). Long toss is a great way to build up strength and endurance, which often leads to speed. It promote proper mechanics and can even be made into a short workout. During this camp, coaches and players can learn how to properly do long toss and how to make it something you’ll want to add into your weekly routine.
